Where do I even begin?…read more Derek came to my house TWICE to look at everything we were moving. He saw it all. So how in the world was the quote so unbelievably wrong? If you don't know how to estimate a move after seeing the house twice, maybe you shouldn't be giving estimates. Moving day was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I paid to have EVERYTHING packed. Yet somehow an entire cabinet was never packed. Then, despite knowing exactly what we had, they couldn't fit everything on the truck. They literally left my entire patio furniture set, 5 computer monitors, and a mountain of miscellaneous items behind. At 11:00 a.m. I started calling the office because it was obvious everything was falling apart. Every single time I spoke with Danielle at the front desk, I was told, "Someone will call you back in 5-10 minutes." Spoiler alert: Nobody called. After repeatedly chasing them down for hours, it wasn't until 3:00 p.m. that I finally got an answer. Their solution? Pay an additional $1,700 for another truck to come the next day. So after spending my entire moving day dealing with chaos, I then had to leave and drive NINE HOURS to my new home, hoping everything else would somehow work itself out. It didn't. The next day the first truck unloaded. Then I received an email saying the second truck--originally supposed to arrive the following day--wouldn't actually be delivered until Monday or Tuesday. It was only Thursday. Imagine moving into a new house without a huge portion of your belongings because your moving company completely dropped the ball. The second load finally arrived on Tuesday. That's when things got even worse. Our AirPods were missing. We tracked them, and they're showing up back in Florida. Our firearm is also missing. The two computer monitors that had been left behind were shipped separately a week later, and one arrived broken. When we reported the missing AirPods and firearm, the response from the company was essentially, "We asked everyone who works here. Nobody took them." Seriously? That's the investigation? Between the grossly inaccurate estimate, items left behind, poor communication, surprise charges, delayed deliveries, damaged property, and missing belongings, this was hands down the worst moving experience I've ever had. Moving is already stressful. This company somehow found a way to make it exponentially worse. I would never trust them with my belongings again, and I strongly encourage anyone considering hiring them to think twice.

They will quote a very reasonable price for your move, but before they unload your possessions they will give you a final bill consisting of items that were not on the quote and a total many times the amount you believe you owe which they want in cash. If you don't pay them they put your things in storage and charge you outrageous fees. Don't believe what they tell you on the phone. My move was quoted at 1041.25 and cost me 2578.06. At drop off I expected to owe them 230.00 in cash, not 1767.00. The manager would not talk to me. I offered them 1400 cash, all I had and was owed to the realtor. They wouldn't take it. Forced to go get cash with the clock ticking. It was an extremely upsetting encounter.

After they loaded the truck they say the quote did not include miles and diesel and accommodation for the truck drivers. How ridiculous! My quote was increased by 5 times of the initial amount. I had to borrow from friends to make the payment and went into debt for it. They will suffer for what they did to me. The drivers tried to intimidate me and threaten me to wait in my apartment till I made the payment. They pressurize you to pay which I call robbing tbh. After the pickup my stuff reached after 2 months and most of the stuff was damaged. I kept calling customer service to ask about the status of my stuff and they said it is in the warehouse because they have no trucks. I was told my stuff would reach in 14 days. During delivery the drivers arrived at 12AM and did not look sober. Extremely unprofessional movers at the source and destination. This business should be shut down for the amount of money they have extorted from innocent customers.
