The crew packed and transported my 85-inch TV, which ended up being severely damaged in the process. While accidents happen, it's a company's response to those accidents that matters. It has now been two months, and the company has essentially ghosted me. They refuse to return calls or provide any concrete updates on a resolution. Their only excuse is that they are 'waiting on their insurance.' A reputable, professional business would make the customer whole immediately and handle their own insurance claims internally, rather than passing the delay and frustration onto the client. Leaving a customer stuck with a broken TV for months is terrible practice. I highly advise against using this company.

Deeply disappointed with my 8 hour, $1k moving experience. My original movers, booked weeks out,…read morebailed on me last minute but set me up with "Move OKC" saying they'd take care of me. It was two days before I had to close on my house so I was in a bind and agreed. Huge mistake. I was leery when they showed up smoking a blunt in the truck, but after getting into my storage unit this weekend and seeing how they literally piled things on top of each other --- sharp objects on my leather chairs, stacking chairs that weren't stackable, NOT putting my sectional on the pallets I painstakingly brought home NOR putting them on the tables like they said they would (I explicitly asked to put the sectional on something since it would cost about $5k to replace now), I have exposed sectional pieces that I wrapped on the storage floor, tables on their sides, including a marble top credenza (which now 2 of the 4 cabinet doors don't open) --- I am furious. Just unwrapped the 65 inch Samsung TV, that I had to wrap with the bubble wrap the box came with because they wouldn't, and the screen is broken. I had to look away when they were putting things in the storage unit at one point because I knew it'd stress me out but I did not expect this level. And they got my outdoor cushions caught on the door and it ripped when I went to open it. Don't hire them, learn from me. I was quoted a few hours, it took 8, I bought them food and tipped them each $40. Just don't do it. So irritated. I don't know what all has been damaged yet buy I regret using them.

She showed us the ones with pictures, they all looked exactly the same and when I started talking about the different methods she started looking at me like I was speaking Greek. Got to speak to the original person, he had no idea what I was talking about. Then said maybe I spoke with someone else, like I'm too stupid to remember a name of who I spoke with. It was horrible to communicate with him because he didn't hear well, and one of his idiot coworkers was in the background having a conversation by yelling across the showroom with people.
