I will never go to this lady again. And it's sad I even have to leave this review as stated by a lot of others , she is PAST unprofessional. I have Been trying to book an appointment with her since last month . She doesn't call you back or show up AT ALL for her appointment. At this point I don't even understand why she does taxes or has a business. I'm a very understanding person , but when my time is played with 1 too many times that's where I draw the line . I have made a total of 3 appointments just to never even be seen. I literally messaged her and told her I had been calling her back to back and I'm getting the run around. She calls me back FINALLY and proceeds to tell me to fill out the intake form , (which I had to contact her for weeks just to get the correct link) and that she will be doing my taxes later that night . Obviously it took me a max 1 /maybe 2 hrs to fill out the form due to me being on the clock at work when we spoke. Once I fill out the forms I message and call her back to confirm if she had received it . No response . This fucking lady is retarted and clearly might be on drugs I don't understand what's her issue or what's so hard about communicating or being professional. 0/10 would no recommend read more

The worst customer service and disregard for the importance of others time, that I've ever experienced. After scheduling a virtual appointment for 1pm, by 1:30 no call was received. So, I called Angela to check the status, and she answered rudely stating that she will call me in a couple of hours. when I asked for an estimate she said I just have to wait and that it could be later on tonight. I have been going to Angela for years. The first time I went I waited like 6 hours to be seen and I had an appointment. Other times she showed up extremely late, but this year, 2022 was the worst. She offers virtual appointments according to her site but when you schedule one she declines. So I made an in person appointment for 5. I showed up at 4:55 and texted I was there because I saw her truck. Nothing. 5 o'clock I go to her door and it is LOCKED. I call twice. Nothing. She comes out to her truck to get something but I didn't notice until I seen her running back to her door where she locks it AGAIN! I go to the door and knock/ jiggle the handle. Still nothing. So just after 6 I say fuck it and leave. Do you know this bitch waits until 8 to call me and say she never heard from me and we had an appointment. I had my kids with me as always and she just doesn't give a fuck. We never had a falling out I always showed her respect. SO WHY THE FUCK DO ME LIKE THIS?? Extremely unprofessional on all levels. I would advise everyone to reconsider doing business here. If you set an appointment for 8am, you may be seen between 3pm - 5pm or not at all. I had an appointment set for a Saturday in the morning, waited from 8am until 12pm outside of the door for the owner (Angela) to show up. She never came, I called and texted her mobile number a couple of times, I was finally able to reach her and she said very rudely that she was not going to make it to the office that day and was in the middle of something (end of call). Just like that. I rescheduled for another morning appointment a different weekend and literally waited all day to be seen, the level of inconsideration and unprofessionalism was something I have never experienced before. I had an issue later on with a document and needed to reach her, she never picked up the phone, the office number and her personal voicemails were full, emails went unanswered, eventually she responded by text very rudely - needless to say, I ended up having to pay someone else to fix the issue. I have never felt so disrespected and treated so poorly by a business owner in my entire life, I can't understand how this business is still in operation. If you value your time, want someone professional, someone reliable and respectful this is not the place for you. Very unprofessional! If I could put a zero, I would. Made an appointment for after her vacation. When I arrived she was not there. I called several times and she did not answer. Had my husband call and she answered stating I did not confirm but if I wanted to wait she was going to the office to do paperwork and she could only talk to me.
