The location was a bit hard to get to since we decided to take transit but that is only a minor issue. The real bright spot is the staff that work there. They are super friendly and very efficient. Nothing seemed like too much of an issue for them. You can tell they take a lot of pains to hire the right person for this type of job. The event was a cash bar and they were a bit slow to process people paying by tapping. This could easily be improved with today's technology options but this did not take away from the overall experience.

Once we booked with DISC Jockeys Unlimited, we received excellent emails with all the details needed to plan our night and even had the choice of selecting our own music play list. Ivan was so patient with us and answered all our questions we had in the weeks leading up to the party via emails and phone calls. The night of the party Ivan arrived early and set up his area which was so professional and clean looking, I was very impressed. Ivan was so personable, and throughout the night either came to myself or directly to my daughter to ask questions about music and time lines. The music was excellent, everyone was up partying the entire night, I even captured Ivan on one of my videos dancing behind his set up, awesome to see. They are bunch of LIARS & SCAMMERS, tell you they can do so MUCH, but on our wedding day, they…read moreFORGOT to bring the flower pedals for my walk down the isle ( which is very clumsy of a company calling themselves extremely organize and prestiges), they changed my centre pieces to a different size( much smaller) & style completely without my knowledge, my ceremony tree decorations was wrapped in a piece of white cloth( supposed to be in a golden vase), so all my long shot ceremony pictures looks ugly plus I used the same trees for my reception which again I have to throw out some of my beautiful photos for the ugly tree decoration in the background, ( what would you say to that?!!!!), even the colour of my corsages was changed to white( supposed to be Purple). Their crew was UNORGANIZED and MESSY, no one knew what to do, my wedding coordinator had to ask wait staff to come and help them setting up! even though FOS charged us over $2000 for delivery and set up. Then it comes to picking up the items, there were 3 different vendors came to our Venue ( all at the different hours) and removed everything plus some of our Venues Glasses, dishes, candle holders, extension cords,etc.... When we told them about their short falls and the missing items from our Venue, within the first week, they came up with an invoice that they missed some stuff too ( their unorganized crew left behind 2 pieces which we inform them right away ) and they made a long list of items missing after few weeks of us telling them how disappointed we are with their services. We are having problems with this company, DO NOT HIRE THEM, they will make the worst memory from dealing with a business.
