It was all handled over email, and even though I had the option to come into the warehouse or give them a call, working through email was much more convenient for me. Everyone was absolutely lovely, and made for a very smooth rental process! I opted to stop by the warehouse rather than have our four runners delivered. They're located right off of Greensprings, which was very convenient for me and it was so easy to find! The process of signing for the rugs was easy peasy and they even loaded them in my car for me. Such a lovely group of people who really take the stress out of the rental process of events. I would highly reccommend them!

Had I wanted a dish garden , I would have ordered one. I will never be able to trust the quality of flowers I sent from there again. I am so very disappointed. Have you ever considered calling the customer and telling them that? I guess not. What if a person is allergic to some plant you put in a substitution? Have you ever thought about that?
