DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you absolutely have to. Even some of their "best" and most expensive rental…read moreskis have DULL EDGES and are WORTHLESS. I specifically told this to the lady working at the store and explained to her that the pair of skis that I rented desperately needed to be sharpened. She just put them back on the rack. And then she attempted to explain that "it is cold out so the snow is hard." She must not know how to ski. Seriously. I have been skiing since I was 4, and I grew up skiing on the icy slopes of Vermont. Sunny, +5 degree C weather does not even come close to icy. Do yourself a favor -- STAY AWAY FROM LOCA SKIS.

Customer Service is zero cooperative, zero proactivity. The guy at the running shoes section was…read morecompletely useless, and looked bothered by my questions. When I told him "Je prends celles-ci, monsieur", he just said "OK" and continued arranging stuff. I stood next to him for a few seconds, I was expecting him to give me a box for the shoes, or at least tell me to go and pay la caisse. As he didn't say anything, I had to do the job for him and asked him "je vais directement là?" pointing at la caisse. He said, "oui". Man, you are so helpful. At the cashier, the old lady must be her mother because she had the same zero-proactivity mood. I asked her "No box with these?" (always in French), she said No. Great. I wasn't even offered a bag. Despicable experience 06/07/2016 at 10 AM.
