Customer Service is zero cooperative, zero proactivity. The guy at the running shoes section was completely useless, and looked bothered by my questions. When I told him "Je prends celles-ci, monsieur", he just said "OK" and continued arranging stuff. I stood next to him for a few seconds, I was expecting him to give me a box for the shoes, or at least tell me to go and pay la caisse. As he didn't say anything, I had to do the job for him and asked him "je vais directement là?" pointing at la caisse. He said, "oui".
Man, you are so helpful.
At the cashier, the old lady must be her mother because she had the same zero-proactivity mood. I asked her "No box with these?" (always in French), she said No.
Great. I wasn't even offered a bag.
