In a way, he took himself out of a job but if anyone else sees this and needs a tow, or anyone I know does ever again, I'll know exactly who to call because he earned my trust and that's not something I take lightly. They attempted to pressure me to pay $150-$200 out-of-pocket while I was stranded, even though I was already covered. This is not allowed--any extra charges must be approved by the insurance provider, and you should never be asked to pay directly. This company tried to take advantage of a vulnerable situation, and I cannot stress enough how unethical and predatory this behavior is. I reported the incident and am sharing this warning so others are aware. On a positive note, Tamilla from Nationwide Agiro called to check on me and immediately arranged for a proper towing company.
