Horrible customer service! Avoid this place before they scam you too!! I called on 3/21/2022 and…read morescheduled an appointment for 4/1/2022 at 11am and I paid a $50.00 deposit. I called back on 3/31/22 (the afternoon before my scheduled appointment) to confirm they were still expecting me the following morning, however, the guy said I made the appointment for April 8th but this was not correct as I made the appointment to be the same day as a doctor appointment; clearly scheduled for 4/1/22. The employee insisted and argued that I made the mistake and he adamantly refused to refund my deposit and he did not...could not...agree that a miscommunication or misunderstanding COULD have even taken place. He placed ALL the blame on me even though I knew I did not make the appt for 4/8. He tried to tell me that my receipt even had the scheduled date on it but, in fact, the receipt I received only had the date the payment was made (March 21,2022). I stated numerous times that I wanted a refund but he became more angry and belligerent and firmly refused. He offered to reschedule my appointment but after realizing his anger I wouldn't have trusted him with a dirty sock let alone a $25,000 vehicle. Avoid this business and seek another alternative. After the experience I had I believe he's fully capable of using this tactic repeatedly to rip people off and manipulate them. It's clearly a scam and a simple way of stealing your deposit. My bank is working with me to collect a refund. Geesh!

Will ruin your wardrobe etc:…read more had to wash a good amount of clothing here one night. My things were in a storage unit while I waited for my house to finish being built. First, 3$/load, I was fine- thinking it would be good. Dryers are 25c/ 4 minutes- ridiculous! my 175$ comforter, that I cannot wash at home, and never had an issue with any where else- burnt, along with another blanket and a sweater and salvageable plaid pants that I have adored because they mean a lot to me- as I got them on a trip with a friend. they only had a small patch I think I can make the best of. All of these items were in separate dryers. I'm livid- I put 2$ in one dryer and my stuff was still wet. I had to put in more money- making it an average of 7-9$/ load. I was doing about 8-9 loads- with hopes to run more- but never again will I utilize this facility. between the price, unpredictable equipment and the roaches- I can't overlook it. I'm all for supporting small businesses- but this is a warning for anyone in the area- it's cheaper to drive to Columbus, do your laundry and come back. yes, a longer drive, but trust me- it's not worth ruining your things. I left my items that were ruined at the facility. Also, not the biggest deal- but their change machine only gives back on 1$ and 5$ bills. Buddy, with 3$+ prices- if you choose to dry your clothes here? Pop a 20$ slot in there for some quarters. A suggestion. Nothing bad there- but a suggestion- because the local gas stations will not give change for people using this facility.

Over the last month, I went out of my way to use the Hilliard mumu that has vastly superior timing…read moreto its foam release and brushing system. Given the number of complaints registered against this MEW's equipment, I thought maybe they would've fixed some things so I came through today. Pulled my full-size SUV in put it neutral and as it started to move forward, I noticed that the first 2 to 3 feet of the vehicle got hit with the dry brush before the foam bath starts to fall from above in a sheet. A year ago at this location, the foam sheet started right when my bumper passed Forward so that the paint was properly foamed and wetted before starting to get hit with their brushes. The fact that they do not put any water or foam on the vehicle before the brushes hit is inexcusable and were this a franchise I would have them pull their franchise tag. It's not that difficult pull in any square body, GM or Ford SUV and you will find that the nose your vehicle gets hit with brushes two or 3 feet into it before proper foam has rained down from above as it designed to happen at the very beginning.
