Note the second time I took my boat back in to fix the problem I was told was corrected , I was charged again. I ended up taking my outboard motor elsewhere and for 1/3 the price they completely fixed it and gave me the bad parts back. The first thing I was told at the other dealership is what the compression was in my motor. Becker never gave me any information, sad but true.

Constantly had to reset it or spend 45 minutes on the phone who would be reading off a card or something trying to tell us how to fix the problem. With kids gaming, we had to pay the highest price for internet or it would be too slow. If we used too much we'd be in some really slow punitive mode. All crazy stuff. So glad to be done with Charter!

I have never been treated so badly by a customer service person in all my life.
