The lady and I were out browsing one day for Tiffany jewelry at pawn shops. She knew specific…read morelocations that normally buy and sell Tiffany. So we were sent here from the other location near Palomar road in Chula Vista since the guy had mentioned it was at the other location. When we found out the price was below $200, we made a beeline to this one on Highland. Quick and friendly we were pleased with the attention given to us. Made the purchase and left happy. I'll be honest with you, about 25 years ago I purchased a Tiffany necklace that I remember was around $700. She did not like it at the time, so it was the best $700 I didn't spend...! Haha you know I made a beeline too to get my refund.. Fast forward to now, she owns this bracelet in the picture and even gave a us a satchel and had it polished for free. *Side story- we then went to Roberto's up the road to sell some scrap gold and saw what appeared to be the same bracelet for more than double. Cannot confirm the details, but nonetheless we definitely got a deal on this bracelet!

I went to Coin Mart today (6/18/26) and sold some old gold jewelry that I had. I had received…read morequotes for repairs and the price was ridiculous. Sometimes the only thing you can do is sell the gold and turn around and buy new jewelry, or do whatever you want. Coin Mart was very welcoming and friendly. They examine your items right there in front of you. The process was done in a timely manner and I was very happy with the amount I received. Years ago, I once went to a different "We Buy Gold" company. They examined and weighed my items, then gave me a quote. I wasn't happy with the number so I said I'd think about it and left with my items. Then I went straight to Coin Mart. They quoted me a much larger number. That's why I keep going back to Coin Mart.

I went to Cashco pawn shop the other day my gut was telling me not to go there I needed money so I…read morecould pay for my cancer medication my insurance doesn't cover& money to help my sister and her 2 kids that's in Philadelphia her husband abandoned her &there 2 kids took their money belongings didn't pay any bills there about to be homeless & I needed to do something fast to try and help her. So I took my Rolex watch that was gift to me to pawn it My Rolex is a Oyster Perpetual DateJust Watch 41mm it glows in the dark green. The cover is not glass it's made of Safire Crystals the Band is Platinum not Silver no scratches the dial was a bubble shape everything was working great nothing broken great condition. I call the pawn shop before I even went thereto make sure they pawn watches. I let the associate that I spoke with know exactly what it looked like so they were aware of what I was bringing I walk in I saw a woman start to walk up and I let her know who I was and that I had just spoken with her on the phone she said it wasn't he that I was speaking to that she would help me she was polite and i went to the counter pulled out the watch she was looking at it for a long time then she started typing stuff in on the computer she asked me what was I trying to get for it to pawn it I told her I wasn't sure then she asked if I would be willing to sell it and I told her I don't know and i asked what would they give me for it and she said she was going to give me an estimate for both to pawn or sell so I said that's great. Then she was continuing to look up things on the computer which I am sure they were checking the serial numbers to make sure it wasn't reported in stolen or anything because that was the looks and attitudes I was getting from the associates that was standing beside her and asked were did I get it from and I let them know it was a gift and I have a notarized receipt with all the information on it from the previous owner. I told her I didn't have the other paperwork because we have to go to our storage unit to look for it in which I found it yesterday and the receipt for the watch with authentication and serial number. Then she asked if she could let her manager see it and I told her I don't want my watch to be opened or anything and they can clearly see the serial number on it because she even typed in the serial number on the computer when she was checking it to make sure it wasn't stole. I told her I didn't want my watch taken out of my sight we're I couldn't see and didn't want anything touched or anything. Then she takes it to the manager Willy by the time he walked back to the register he had taken my watch completely apart. And I mean my watch was in pieces and I asked him why did he take my watch apart like that and he said to get the serial number and I told him that he didn't have to do that because he could of visibly gotten it just like his associat did. Then he walks away with the watch and bought it back to me and sat it in the box. Then he goes off about it being fake and they didn't want to buy it or pawn it. And I told him my watch isn't fake and I have the receipt and paperwork for the watch and I could bring it back once I find it and he just kept saying it was fake and he's been specializing in rol watches for over 30 years and I honestly didn't believe him when he said that then I put my box in my bag I said thank you for your help and I left. I took off and got to the last light before I got on the highway and something told me to ch my watch so I pulled over took the watch out the box and it fell apart. I took pictures instantly and then called the store because they were about to close I let the associate know what happened and I told her my watch is broken and parts look different and I believe someone switched things on my watch she put me on hold and then came back on the phone and said the manager said we could review the video footage and I let them know I am re sick and I can't drive back and forth and could they email me a copy of the footage but I have gotten no responce. So I've called back and couldn't get through then I got through today and asked to speak to the manager about the situation that happened with my Rolex watch. He got on the phone I was trying to talk to him and explain things he was over talking me really loud and rude wasn't letting me get a word out accusing me of trying to scam him and everything and I was trying to tell him that is not what I'm doing nor would I ever do anything like that to anyone. I was trying to ask him if he could please send me the video footage to my email I told him I was going I have pictures before&after we're you can visibly see the few things that are different and missing from the band to the dial is not the same ridges on the band that's not on the watch he returned to me the pin that made the watch fall apart because it doesn't fit because he switched it out. He even hung up on me on the phone. See u in court
