I use this jewelry shop to have my watch batteries changed out. I took my 1966 Omega Seamaster in…read moreto have it cleaned and the acrylic Crystal changed out and I was told by Store Manager Kevin it would be 7-10 days to finish. Almost two months after that, they were not able to find the proper acrylic crystal for my watch and decided to put the original one back on it. I had to make several phone calls and check up on the status because they never let me know what was going on. I will say that they cleaned and repaired the timing mechanism on the watch and did not charge me the $250 fee for it. I would just ask that if you take a vintage watch in to be repaired, don't make a promise that it will be done by a certain time-frame. Just be honest with the customer so they don't have a certain expectation.
