They had given us a choice of several auto glass companies. I don't know why we ended up here. Our appointment was scheduled the day before, but they sent me a text saying it was going to rain, so I may need to change my appointment. I tried to get a hold of the store it self. But unfortunately, there is no direct number. I was able to connect to their call center, so I had to trust that this was a good company, though with no personal connectionI I worried. Which I'm willing to accept as it is the wave of the future. Call centers and AI. The appointment was set up for 3 o'clock in the afternoon, but the next day I got a text that I had to be there at 11:00. I needed them , so I stuck with that, and focused on my gratitude that they were even open on a Saturday, it was a blessing. Even though it was not the time I had initially agreed too, fitting my own busy schedule. The places decor is very warehouse. Very Industry. Still professional, of course. I hope to tell you, that they have completed the windshield with great work and of good quality, plus value! --I expect you'd have to be exceptional to do this kind of work. --Kudos to the Tech, --Yes, the windshield it looks beautiful. They put one in for the model and make of my car and still to this day my recalibration system is out of whack is not safe for me to drive my car now I have to save up money and try and get me a new car by the end of the year. Be cautious when choosing a windshield repair or a new windshield before I took my car there my safety features were all in tech but whatever they did. My safety features are no longer on my car and it's not safe for me to drive over 50 mph in my car even when I'm on the interstate so I can't drive it.

The manager was very rude and we even had the conversation before the work started and he said he' would honor the $250. Then he started yelling at me after I had already paid and walked out to check the work when I came back in to tell them they did a good job on the tint. Saying I was "stealing from his company" and obviously having a huge attitude problem. This is no way to treat your customers. I simply stated that he needed to calm down and watch his attitude until he pushed me to yell back. I left and will not be back. Highly do not recommend a business that quotes one thing over the phone, then charges more when you get there and yells at their customers when they were trying to give them praise on the work while walking out the door.

Even worse, the suspension work I needed was never completed because they outsourced it, yet my bill went up from the original estimate, with fewer services actually performed. They refused to return my car unless I paid the extra $1,000. The lack of transparency, constant delays, and surprise charges made this feel like a bait-and-switch operation. Other customers have reported similar issues: missed deadlines, poor communication, shoddy workmanship, and unexplained extra charges[2][3][4][5]. I would not recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who values honesty or reliable service.
