My chain popped that morning and I needed a same day fix. I spoke with Shannon and he told me he could get there that night. I decide that since my opener had been there since the house was built (13+ years ago) I asked him if he could install one if I bought it myself. He said he could but the price would be approximately the same so I decide to purchase one through them and had them install it. Shannon asked a few questions and explained the options and I decided to get the one with the WI Fi so that it could be opened and closed with my phone also. Once he arrived it only took him @45 minutes and it was done. I also upgraded from a chain drive to a belt driven one and it so quiet. He explained the operations to me and we did a few test and he left and took the old one with him. I programmed the new opener to my car and also setup the MyQ for the wireless operation. I was back in business in less than 12 hours! I highly recommend them as they can come out anytime with a 24 hour day!
