Half the time a lot of pumps are broken and it's a haven for homeless people. Went in tonight to buy a fountain drink and I was the only person wearing a mask None of the employees, inclduing the one who out in the store ironically wiping everything down, had masks on even though there is a city law right now that says everyone in public must have on a mask. No one was staying six feet apart either.

I'd rather have a Pi-lot than a Pi-little…read more We came to the pilot up here in Toledo just south of the Michigan border a few miles north of the city of Toledo, hoping to get the cheap gas that was advertised on the massive signs, only to find all the pumps were closed down in the middle of the night. Not very useful and very lucky for us that the gas station across the road and a block further west - part of the grocery store - was still open. So we were able to get gas but not here and even though it seems like a truck stop that everybody loves, the one time we came here it wasn't convenient. But I'm sure we'll be back again and I'll reevaluate it then.

She came across a problem on her end were it looked like she Couldn't figure it out. So, she asks one the other employee's if she could help her real quick. At first she didn't even respond to her, so she asked again. The employee then answered....just a second! Very loudly. I believe her name was Shirley. Joanna surprisingly looked at her, and then looked at me and said....just one second, I'm so sorry. I began to say it's okay...until Shirley interrupted rudely, and said to Joanna what's the problem (very rudely) Joanna began to explain, just then Shirley belts out....all you do is this! this! and this!...(what ever that meant). You could tell Joanna had know idea what she was talking about,. So Instead of her asking Shirley to repeat it....afraid of being embarrassed, she tried to process the info. She then finally figured it out. Shirley had already walked away from her. I felt so sorry for her, couldn't believe my eye's and my ears. I think she might have been a newer employee, or wasn't trained very well at all. The young lady was treated so poorly. And I'm sure that's probably not her only encounter there. I don't know about you, but I call that being bullied, or work abuse. Just uncalled for! This Shirley employee needs to be talked to, or fired. I've seen other situations she's not very nice, but never reported. This time I wasn't gonna not say something.

Today when we stopped, service was deplorable in both McDonalds and the convenience store. The bathrooms for men and women were filthy. It has definitely gone downhill since the last time we were there.
