I am living proof that Express works for those who are willing to work! I had recently made the move to Michigan, and was looking for employment in something other than industrial, plant like environments, because I had no job experience in those areas. I had never used a temp agency and was looking for one that could meet my "high hopes". Mina sat with me during an extensive interview and listened, really listened to what I had to say. By the end of our impromptu interview she had 3-4 jobs in mind. I started the next steps for employment with Express and before you know it I had wowed my current employer and had a job! 2.5 months later I'm loving it here. They are a great group of people, who have shown dedication to expanding my knowledge about the products we sell. From equal leveled employees in the shop and office, to the top paid employee. I'm looking forward to permanent employment, so I can become a vested partner in my future with this company. They have big plans for their future and I'm hoping to be amongst those who will be able to enjoy the expansion of their growth. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for bridging the gap between my need for a forward thinking company, and a company in need of a forward thinker such as myself. I was just rewarded today for being part of an improvement idea. This company is wonderful at providing positive reinforcement and constructive criticism, both keep the employees happy and allow them to feel comfortable with asking questions on how to do a job better/more efficient. Thanks again! read more

Awesome team! ....Spot-on in identifying our company's precise staffing needs and consistently delivering top-notch talent. Throughout 20 years of experience working with Janis and her team, I can tell you they're the best! Many of the staff Express placed with my companies over the years became some of our most tenured employees, and ultimately enabled us to earn recognition by Ernst and Young as West Michigan's Entrepreneur of the Year ... we couldn't have done it without them! The excellence with which Janis runs Express begins with her and her team and extends to all those they serve; the character, care and capabilities they bring to all they do is simply unmatched! read more

Cares more about their clients than their employees. I was basically forced to quit the job because I told them I was looking for something better. Something not so harsh on my body, and that type of work would only be done once a week. Leaving me with a week to find some better and still be able to pay my rent (due this week) Considering the job is not why they explained to me. But they felt my departure is unfair to the company with a super high turnover rate. So now I'm out of a job and don't know how rent will be paid. But as long as their client is happy all is well. read more
