Sometimes it worth paying that little extra for quality service. As with Blindcraft we got Poor service, very arrogant sales and a poor installation. We have since used another company from the town which charges a little extra but in terms of quality and after sales service was money well spent. Would certainly not recommend. Avoid at all costs!!…read more The blinds were incorrectly measured and badly fitted. Had to wait another week before the original work agreed was even completed. Contacted the company direct to discuss the poor workmanship to be advised the manager is not contactable? Office staff resulted in threatening to come and remove the blinds from elderly persons home. When the manager finally contacted me he was rude and aggressive and kept referring to his companies terms and conditions which he never provided me with at any point during our transaction and still has not. The company policy appears to be do not complain or we will send round a guy to take the blinds back!
