The…read moreowner is very quick to respond to calls and has always turned up for me when I have asked for a quote. The quote is not top of the range prices but lies somewhere is the middle. I believe you get the level of service you pay for and This builders work is always of an excellent standard and the materials they use are quality materials. All of the builders have been very friendly and put in the hours needed to ensure the job is done. Everybody's dread is the mess builders make but no need to worry with this firm it is all cleaned up before they leave.

The brickie (who I have been told has since left them) did the best plastering and tile fitting I have ever seen. The budget went from £80,00.00 to over £126,00.00 And we still have been charged for things that should have been included in the estimate or that we paid for. Estimates appeared on bits of papers and hard copies of the bills have still to materialise 3 years later! Due to planning regulations not all the work has been completed and though we should be able to go ahead now, and it has been already paid for, I doubt that the work will ever be finished without extra payments. The workmen arrived on time, brought their own tea/coffee and food, so the 1000 tea bags I bought in were not used! They cleaned up after themselves and were reasonably circumspect in their language. Now that the brickie has left them I do not know if I would recommend to anyone else. The owner of the company does not do any physical work on the job, so therefore his salary has to be costed in with the price of the job.

You can get a sample tile to take away with you, and if they dont have the tiles in stock that you want they can get them for you from the other branches. If the tiler you have hired to do your job has an account here, you could get upto a 20% discount. The lads in the shop are friendly and really helpful. The prices here are higher than your B&Q but you are getting quality. Its near the mini roundabout on whessoe road next to morrisions car park.

I got them to arrange the carpet fitter which was a great price and saved me a job. I would say the only thing that is expensive is the delivery of the carpets i live not even 5 minutes drive from the store and they wanted a fortune so see if you can get someone to help you get them home. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
