I explained the situation that I needed help with and the man on the phone put me on hold. When we're calling this type of establishment being put on hold is NOT the action you want taken. I proceed to ask about services and explained to the person on the phone that I've never done this before. I would have appreciated if the person on the phone was walking me through why they needed my full name. Instead I felt that I was being spoken to in an inappropriate way, and when asking about the spelling of my name, it felt like a very off-color question. I found a different service that acted quickly and thoroughly explained the situation.

After you post a bond there is actually a 24 hour waiting period before release. The arraignment would have occurred much sooner. This is certainly the worst hit to our finances with zero results. I received a nice explanation from the company, after the fact. But the only reason I transacted the process was because I was assured of the 7 pm release time. The arraignment would have provided more resolution, sooner. By posting the bond I delayed the arraignment process and put the individual's job at risk. I also forgot to mention the amount of the bond changed when we came into the office^ Here is an update and not specific to any bail bond company. Just general information to hopefully help the decision making process: 1) The business is one that unfortunately has the upper hand because of the emotional involvement towards loved ones that become offenders for whatever reason. Try to look at your situation as if helping someone else, keep emotions in check. 2) Would the hundreds of $ spent in a bond really provide me a benefit. In our situation the offender was released 17 hours after we paid and obtained a bond. She was released at 6:30 a.m. and the arraignment would have begun at 8:30 a.m.. Did this two hour difference justify a benefit for the cost of the bond, in our case absolutely not worth the cost. 3) In our case the offender would have been released with a future court date of course. But by spending all that money on a bond, we actually now delayed the process. 4) Ask the bail bond folks to show you their data on offenses, before you pay for costly services that will result in a zero benefit. They know what type of offenses result in an arraignment where the offender is typically released after the arraignment. These are all personal decisions we have to make under extreme emotional duress. But try to keep those emotions in check to make the most logical and cost effective decisions.

I was so adamant about doing it that night but Rich was insistent that I listen to my lawyer & leave them in one more night due to certain reasons with the courts & the papers being "off." I had already put down more than half the bail money & wasn't able to access the rest of the money in the person's account until they were out. Rich was willing to accept more than half the bail & let me pay the rest once the person was out & got access to their bank account (& they were getting paid that week too). So he was EXTREMELY helpful and willing to work with us on payment & a very understanding person in general. Because I listened to Rich & my lawyer, the next day they were released & I ended up not needing to pay their bail anymore. Any other bondsman would have taken the money immediately and still expected the rest of the payment, on top of probably not being as helpful and willing to work out a payment plan for the rest of the bail money. Rich ended up refunding the money, I already put down, by check & even checked on us the next day & remembered to wish me Happy Bday. Truly a GREAT person & experience overall!

Because I've seen other companies switch things up and everything goes downhill after that. So far, this has been extremely effective and consistent. If you're dealing with scorpions, this is the first company that actually made a real difference for us. Highly recommend!

They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

When our hot water heater failed, Chance quickly assessed the issue by having our tenant send photos. He was able to determine that the leak was coming from the unit itself (not the pipes), which saved valuable time and avoided unnecessary delays. Although the initial installation timeline was about two days, I shared that our tenants have small children and asked if there was any chance for an earlier opening. They went above and beyond, contacting us the very next afternoon after they finished early for the day, and were able to complete the replacement ahead of schedule. Their pricing was transparent, the installation was efficient, and their communication was outstanding. We received updates via text, email, and phone. Michael sent a photo after the work was completed and also made it easy to handle payment remotely. Most importantly,I felt confident that they were taking great care of our tenants in our absence. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, service and integrity and I recommend them with complete confidence.

It's been the same dirt lot since the house was built over a decade ago. JJ and associate came out quickly and made me feel really comfortable. There was no weird upselling (I wanted something really plain) and no fear mongering. I could tell immediately that we were going to go with Rock N Block so I cancelled my other appointment with a different company and put my deposit down right away. Within hours, JJ had the plans to me and I got the HOA paperwork started. Once that was done, I was scheduled immediately to have my yard worked on. The day of, the workers came, did a final measurement and got to work. It took 3 days but it came out exactly like I was promised and had envisioned myself. The workers were extremely friendly and self contained. They were responsible and trustworthy. They were also very concerned with my happiness. They asked me if things were looking good quite a few times. They literally made my yard perfect. I'm still looking for imperfections and cannot find them. If there were any complaints, the communication could be more but to be honest, they give information and don't feel the need to consistently remind you, which is also good. We did have a small hiccup where the workers didn't know they had to install a few other things but JJ made it right immediately and I can only be happy about that. I'd rather have the problem be solved immediately then get a phone call being told it would be done, although I can see how some people would want both. Pricing was fair in my opinion. I was told it should have been less expensive but I don't think so. The job is immaculate and the items are gorgeous with great quality. The craftsmanship means a lot to me and I would pay for it again. I wish I took some before pictures but I completely forgot to. Imagine a literal nothing of a yard. Now, it's gorgeous and I can't wait to accessorize!

This is never something you WANT to be doing. The experience is trying at least and devastating at worst. I had to use a bail person very late one night and I worked with Christian. To say Chris went above and beyond for his job the last 2 days would be an understatement of monolithic proportions. He went hard in the paint for us and it made all the difference. I really felt like he cared about what I was going through and why it was tough. I wasn't even the one who got arrested, but he assured me everything was going to be ok. He helped me when it was taking too long to release my family and he made sure things were taken care of. I hope to never have to use this place again, but that isn't because I wouldn't, it's because this experience sucks on its own, but Christian and Express Bail Bonds made it feel like everything would be ok, and for that I will always come back to them if I ever have to. I called almost every bail bonds in Vegas and everyone said they couldn't help me. I'm from California and was in Vegas on vacation and got arrested. I explained the situation that I needed help with and the man on the phone put me on hold. When we're calling this type of establishment being put on hold is NOT the action you want taken. I proceed to ask about services and explained to the person on the phone that I've never done this before. I would have appreciated if the person on the phone was walking me through why they needed my full name. Instead I felt that I was being spoken to in an inappropriate way, and when asking about the spelling of my name, it felt like a very off-color question. I found a different service that acted quickly and thoroughly explained the situation.

Beware, learn from my experience. We posted a bond for a family member and were assured they would…read morebe released within two hours. However, that is not the case. After you post a bond there is actually a 24 hour waiting period before release. The arraignment would have occurred much sooner. This is certainly the worst hit to our finances with zero results. I received a nice explanation from the company, after the fact. But the only reason I transacted the process was because I was assured of the 7 pm release time. The arraignment would have provided more resolution, sooner. By posting the bond I delayed the arraignment process and put the individual's job at risk. I also forgot to mention the amount of the bond changed when we came into the office^ Here is an update and not specific to any bail bond company. Just general information to hopefully help the decision making process: 1) The business is one that unfortunately has the upper hand because of the emotional involvement towards loved ones that become offenders for whatever reason. Try to look at your situation as if helping someone else, keep emotions in check. 2) Would the hundreds of $ spent in a bond really provide me a benefit. In our situation the offender was released 17 hours after we paid and obtained a bond. She was released at 6:30 a.m. and the arraignment would have begun at 8:30 a.m.. Did this two hour difference justify a benefit for the cost of the bond, in our case absolutely not worth the cost. 3) In our case the offender would have been released with a future court date of course. But by spending all that money on a bond, we actually now delayed the process. 4) Ask the bail bond folks to show you their data on offenses, before you pay for costly services that will result in a zero benefit. They know what type of offenses result in an arraignment where the offender is typically released after the arraignment. These are all personal decisions we have to make under extreme emotional duress. But try to keep those emotions in check to make the most logical and cost effective decisions.
