Nobody ever plans on needing a bail bonds service, which makes finding the right one even more important. Thankfully, eBail Bonds made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation much easier to navigate. From the first phone call, Mark, the owner, was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Instead of rushing through the process, he took the time to explain everything in plain language and walked me through each step so I knew exactly what to expect. When you're dealing with an unfamiliar situation, that kind of guidance is invaluable. What impressed me most was how responsive and accessible he was throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered quickly, and I never felt like I was being treated as just another customer. Mark genuinely seemed to care about helping people through a difficult moment. The paperwork was handled efficiently, the process was straightforward, and the level of communication exceeded my expectations. What could have been a confusing and overwhelming experience ended up being smooth and surprisingly stress-free. If you find yourself needing bail bond services, I highly recommend eBail Bonds. Mark's professionalism, transparency, and customer service set a standard that is hard to find these days. Hopefully I never need these services again--but if I do, this is the first call I'll make. read more

Beware, learn from my experience. We posted a bond for a family member and were assured they would be released within two hours. However, that is not the case. After you post a bond there is actually a 24 hour waiting period before release. The arraignment would have occurred much sooner. This is certainly the worst hit to our finances with zero results. I received a nice explanation from the company, after the fact. But the only reason I transacted the process was because I was assured of the 7 pm release time. The arraignment would have provided more resolution, sooner. By posting the bond I delayed the arraignment process and put the individual's job at risk. I also forgot to mention the amount of the bond changed when we came into the office^ Here is an update and not specific to any bail bond company. Just general information to hopefully help the decision making process: 1) The business is one that unfortunately has the upper hand because of the emotional involvement towards loved ones that become offenders for whatever reason. Try to look at your situation as if helping someone else, keep emotions in check. 2) Would the hundreds of $ spent in a bond really provide me a benefit. In our situation the offender was released 17 hours after we paid and obtained a bond. She was released at 6:30 a.m. and the arraignment would have begun at 8:30 a.m.. Did this two hour difference justify a benefit for the cost of the bond, in our case absolutely not worth the cost. 3) In our case the offender would have been released with a future court date of course. But by spending all that money on a bond, we actually now delayed the process. 4) Ask the bail bond folks to show you their data on offenses, before you pay for costly services that will result in a zero benefit. They know what type of offenses result in an arraignment where the offender is typically released after the arraignment. These are all personal decisions we have to make under extreme emotional duress. But try to keep those emotions in check to make the most logical and cost effective decisions. read more

Best bail company in town. Robert is very knowledgeable and thorough. Robert definitely makes the process go smooth as can be and is very helpful. They can work with whatever the situation is. E-Bail is such a friendly understanding establishment. They really took the time to help me and my mother with my bail and payments. If not for them idk where i would be at this moment. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much! read more

Robert Chavez was very helpful and worked with me in my situation trying to bail out my fiancé. I had trouble with 2 of the top rated bail bonds place in Vegas the day before, they turned me away so I had to pay full bail at county. Just for another charge to be added over night and keep him. I called this place the next morning only having 45 minutes to set bail before he had court.. and he helped out and is actually (fingers crossed) getting bailed out! He was understanding unlike the men I dealt with yesterday, I was an emotional wreck parked in their parking lot crying like a little baby lol. No compassion to help at all. This bail bonds I had a very great experience with and I would recommend to other people in the future! read more

Nice guy. Crappy situation. Never used a bail bondsman before. First time for everything I suppose. Marc walked me through the process quick fast and in a hurry. Thought I had a pretty good grasp of the situation. I was about 70% there. Marc got me to 100%. Even brought up stuff I would have never even considered. Courteous, friendly and down to earth. Apparently he's seen enough people going through the down and ugly. He knows how to treat you when your world is all cockeyed. If that was all, I would have been good but I ended up having questions about how things worked at the LV City Jail later that day and when I called for answers at 10:30 at night, they were just as helpful as they were at 8:00 in the morning. The rest of this situation sucked but the bail part was almost pleasant. It was still bail after all. Highly recommended. They turned out to be as good as the other reviews made them out to be. read more

Amazing. Great, easy to deal with, I had to call in from out of state and these guys were so easy to deal with.. basic information and payment information. One highly rated other place said because I didn't live in Nevada, I had to fill out no less than 6 forms and pay a penalty deposit of $500 on top of the over $500 bail bond fee, but not these guys and gals! Absolutely great to deal with, no "What can I do you for?" attitude like so many others I called. Don't believe the reviews on the other places, I called no less than 5 of them before I found eBail. You guys are fantastic. Thank you so much. read more

Bachelor Party Gone Wrong!!! Set out to have a good time with buddies when things took a horrible turn minutes after arriving. Looked through Yelp and saw all the great reviews Marc had, so I gave him a call. He had my friend (the bachelor) out within 2 hours after posting bail! Managed to salvage the trip and still had a good time. Marc is an amazing human being and a true humanitarian! He made the whole process painless. We owe you a steak and Lobster dinner Marc. This company advertises available 24/7 and how easy and efficient when I called at 1:00 am the gentleman who answered asked how much bail was set at and when I told him it was 1,500.00 he promptly said he was not in the office but I could call back at 7:00 and he should be here. Guess the bail wasn't high enough!!!! Won't be recommending this company! read more

After an unexpected night full of surprises, a loved one ended up going to Jail. After searching for someone that can help and give me the information needed to put my mind at ease, Marc Gabriel was the absolute best, he will do anything he can to make sure that your loved one is out of there as fast as possible, he is willing to work with you and your finances. Very trustworthy and on point I would recommend him. Also his business is family owned and I felt the sense of being secure and trusting as if I were a part of the family myself. A+++ read more

Having a friend or family member in jail can have anyone in panic and may not know what to do - especially it being your first time. Marc is a genuinely nice and professional gentleman that knows how stressful these unfortunate events can be and will elaborate the bail process and reassure you that person will be out in no time in a comforting way. Marc has the most reasonable prices and payment options compared to other bail bond's and doesn't want your money; but truly does all he can to make the bail process easy as possible. We felt like we were in hell until we called E-Bail! Thanks again Marc! read more

called in regards to a loved one currently locked up and has an active warrant in Henderson, some lady who took my call Didn't give her name but ignorant as hell and soundEd like she didn't know a damn thing as a bail bonds company first of all. She was telling me how they can't and won't do anything before they're booked that she doesn't and wont help me cause the bond is under $1,000 that this company won't waste their time pretty much, she was also telling me to call around other places foe info she should've provided and not only that but asking 99 questions as to why he didn't take care of his court duties. wtf are you on our side orrrrr ? I'm confused as to what your job title is. I wouldn't recommend going to this place what so ever no help at all and real bitchy and un educated employees if you ask me! I would rate them zero if I could! TERRIBLE PLACE DONT USE THIS BAIL BOND! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Marc is extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable. He and his assistant walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions (even the ones I asked twice) which made the entire situation so much less stressful. I hope I never need a bail bondsman again but in the event that I do (seeing as I have family members who don't seem to understand I give damn good advice) then eBail will be my first choice. read more

It pays to read your reviews. I called Ebail and spoke with JR about bailing my son out of Clark Detention center. He politely told me to stay on the line while he called the center to see if my son was going to be O R'd. He informed me he didn't want to proceed if they were going to O R him. And explained the process and options. I had called several other companies that made no mention of this. Also they sounded like they just wanted the money with no explanation of the process or procedure. JR had a bond posted in 30 minutes after funds were sent and paperwork completed. People please read the reviews they will save you from using companies without good customer service. I give EBAIL 5 stars and Thanks JR read more

Hopefully you don't find yourself needed their services but if you do CALL THEM FIRST! How do you call a visit to a bail bondsman a positive experience? Well, I can -- not having had any experience in this matter, I was in the position to bail a loved one out of jail. I had no idea where to look or what to expect. In my search for bail bonds on the internet, something about this ad caught my eye. It might have been the personal introduction of the owner - it may have been the word 'online'. I'm not sure, but I had to start somewhere and this seemed like a good start. After a conversation with Marc , I was confident I had made the correct choice. I called back to get the ball rolling with William, who was on it in minutes! The next day, going to sign paperwork, I was even more comfortable with my choice. They are truly a caring company with integrity. Not something you see in many business, let alone this business. We were not rushed, we were explained everything, and even got some great words of advice and a well needed boost of confidence. Hope to not need them any time soon, but I will advise everyone I know of this company. Truly satisfied. read more

Marc is awesome! This was my first dealings with a bail bondsman cause my sister was arrested for DUI. I wasn't sure what to expect other than a mountain of paperwork to fill out and giant fees plus "hidden" fees. But that was NOT the case here. I didn't even have to step foot in the office. After speaking with Marc over the phone, he was so professional and nice and explained the legal situation in easy to understand terms without all the legal jargon. So I decided to purchase a bail bond to get my sister out, which was 15% of the bail (required by Nevada law). There was also a $50 posting fee, which he kindly waived for finding him on Yelp. The whole transaction was done over the phone, after which time he did all the dirty work of going down to the courthouse and posting the bond, all while keeping in constant contact with me via text/email. My sister was released a few hours later (can take 6-16 hours for release). I'm so glad I found Marc. My only regret is that I didn't get to meet the man himself. I most definitely and highly recommend EBAIL! read more

eBAIL is the way to go!!!! I found eBAIL on yelp and decided to go with them because all the reviews were great; rightfully so. Marc is just simply amazing. When I spoke to him, I was noticeably frustrated (as I'm sure most people would be due to the circumstances), but he did not react and maintained such a positive and professional attitude. In addition, he was very informative, always accessible on the phone or text, but mostly, he was compassionate. At no point during our visit did I feel like he was judgmental. I can't thank him enough!!! eBAIL is my #1 best recommendation! read more

The people at ebail were polite, professional and quickly set bail for my son. If I were to ever need bail I would recommend them for sure.
