We got married at Ripley's aquarium (what a cool venue!) and finding a photographer was HARD! The venue gave us some photos two other photographers had gotten at past weddings and they were terrible. Like, you either saw the fish or the people, but not both. I found Ashley on here and she was so sweet from the get go! She actually went to the aquarium with a friend and took photos in different parts of the location to show us what she could do. And the venue wasn't making coordinating a visit super easy. His work and work ethic speak for itself, yet he still managed to do FAR more than any bride and groom would ever expect or hope with their photographer. But he doesn't do it for praise, reviews, or financial means - it's evident that he does it because he's genuinely passionate about his work and helping his clients in any and every way possible. After waiting 45 minutes, we were able to contact the photographer - she had car problems, but never contacted us let us know. She eventually showed and did a credible job. The product was poor - very washed out. They tried to "fix" the poor product; however, they never got back to us, nor did they return any of our calls. Unfortunately we fully paid in advance with no recourse. I do not recommend them.

Mercedes had a perfect spot in mind for the shoot, she was extremely helpful instructing us with certain poses and action shots, and had a great eye for detail. It was my first time ever doing a professional photoshoot and I can sometimes be an awkward guy, but her suggestions and gentle direction made it feel like a completely natural experience. We got our edited photos back a few days later right as we were about to head home from our vacation, and me and my girlfriend were absolutely blown away at how good they came out!!!! We literally said to each other that we felt like professional models they were beautiful, our friends and family raved about them, and they memorialized such a perfect little moment in time.
