Booked a special offer of 30 minutes in the studio. Photos came out ok, but had a few concerns : 1. We were only in about 10-15 minutes. Felt very rushed. Didn't have time to check hair etc before shoot (in fact didn't see a mirror there to do that even if you had time ?), so we all had messy hair in the pictures (it was a bit windy outside). The pictures came out ok, but I think it's very important that people get the chance to see how they look before getting their picture taken. One of our group didn't like any of the photos at all, as her hair was very messy. 2. We weren't asked what style of photo we like, and they were all posed photos. We wanted more natural ones. We thought the natural ones would be taken after the posed ones, but we had the posed ones taken then were told the session was over. My overall impression was that the owner possibly doesn't enjoy doing her job as much as she used to ? For our family it just felt like a factory production line. For us asking the customer what they want, making sure they are happy with how they look before the session starts, and giving them the advertised amount of time are all important in a photo shoot. read more
