There is no magic time, it's what we have decided is right for our kids. We utilize the reading program. Our oldest son, Evan ultimately worked on math too. He was in kindergarten via Zoom and struggled a bit. His tutor, Will started helping with the math and then all was good!!! Evan is currently in 4th grade. Our oldest daughter, Grace loved coming and playing the games with Matt. Playing games is one of many ways Tutorific teaches kids. She still asks me to play the reading games with her from time to time. Grace currently in 1st grade. Our 4.5 year old, Joey reads with the owner, Matt twice a week. He's in preschool and can easily sound out 6 letter words. Joey reads over 400 words by sight. Tutorific has a reward system in place. You reach certain milestones and go to the "PRIZE WALL!" Joey adores the prize wall. A reward system really helps Joey stay on track. It's amazing having kids that can read at such a young age. Our baby, Olivia can be found playing with toys and running around the Tutorific lobby twice a week while big brother, Joey is strengthening his reading skills. She'll start in a few years! I took screenshots of facebook posts my wife or I have posted over the years. I have so many wonderful things to say, I don't know what to write. I decided sharing our personal posts written for our family and friends would give you the best bird's eye view of how much we love Tutorific. We are moms who have feel like Tutorific is more than a place to help kids with homework. They have helped our kids learn to read but more importantly they helped our kids LOVE reading. I have had the pleasure to tutor here in Ventura area, and SOW Ventura staff are so helpful.All it takes is one hour a week, and there are 168 hours in a week that should really be fairly easy to squeeze an hour into your schedule to help positively change a young child's life like it has mine.

I ended up signing a yearly contract in September 2024 which was around four thousand dollars! 2 months into our contract we moved out of town I mentioned to the owner Geeta I was going to unenroll her for that reason but she insisted my daughter do their "online" tutoring program. It's a joke. My daughter was not progressing & at 4 months in still working on half numbers & failing her math tests. Frustrated at this point, I spoke to Jen in the office letting her know I was not happy with my daughter's progress. She told me the owner Geeta would be reaching out to me to discuss how to move forward. After months of no contact from Geeta & me leaving numerous messages, I decided to email Geeta in August letting her know I had been trying to reach her. She emailed back offering their online tutoring. After declining because my daughter had tried that for 4 months. She ghosted me again! My husband had to drive to Ventura & go in person to ask for some assistance in the matter & only after that did the front desk text me. A month later I finally get a phone call not from Geeta but from Crystal. Crystal informs me that because my emails are dated in August 2024 I have to pay until that point & I get a monthly penalty for ending my contract. Which brings me to paying for 12 months. When my daughter only used 7 months of "tutoring". It's a shame to be writing this. Their employees need to be versed in every policy when it comes to a client telling them they are unhappy. Not to wait around for the owner who clearly is never going to reach out because she's not going to want to take accountability for a lack of professionalism & mitigate the situation.
