Renting the teardrop from Jan and Dana was the best decision my sister and I ever made!!!! We couldn't be happier with them, they are so nice and kind people. We will most definitely rent from them again. They made the whole rental and insurance process so easy. Since I have never towed a trailer before, I was quite nervous about the whole process. They gave us instructions, as well as on instruction manual that went with the tear drop, and their after hours number in case we had any additional questions. Their website also has tutorials for added convenience. With all their information and assurance, we felt we could conquer anything and we did! Our destination was the Grand Canyon, Four Corners and the Arches in Utah and anything else in-between. A total of 3710 miles from my drive way to dropping off the teardrop. Our trip was fantastic. I loved the ability to stop at any campsite along the way. Hooking up and setting up camp was very easy. They also supplied everything you needed, (pots, pans, cups, tea kettle, wine opener, etc.) Like I said, we had the time of our lives, and that was only possible with the help of Jay and Dana. We were having so much fun that we contacting Jay and Dana and asked for an additional day which wasn't a problem at all. They are just amazing people. If you are thinking of taking a road trip, do it, but first contact Jay and Dana and have them show you a teardrop. Wow... I don't know what words I can even say to describe the experience we had with Jay and Dana! They were soooo responsive, so helpful and so kind with all of my questions and nonsense! Jay and Dana allowed us to take the little guy trailer across the country to Minneapolis for my graduation! Leading up to the trip I was so nervous my car wouldn't pull it, but as soon as I got to their shop, I was instantly relieved as they were so so so helpful and helped us learn more about the trailer. They even gave us fun places to stop!! Jay and Dana are so real and so fantastic. I'm for sure renting from them again in the future! Like hopefully real soon :) OH! And they provide SO MUCH!! My husband and I rented the T@G for our family reunion at Maryhill State Park, August 3-6. The trailer is darling, comfortable sleeping with easy exits having the two doors (his/her sides), air conditioning was awesome (slept like a baby) and loved the outside kitchen on the back end. We were also able to rent a generator just in case there was no power. Only suggestion would be to have two larger outdoor carpets for both doors. Next time we are renting a larger teardrop for my 6'2" husband. He wanted to buy, but now he's decided it's easier to rent. Jay and Dana supply everything and are wonderful people. Great company! Excellent experience renting from Jay and Dana. We rented their T@B trailer and they were the only renters we could find nearby with this specific trailer. They were very communicative and all of the pre-rental process was clear and easy to deal with. When we arrived to pick up the trailer, they were ready for us and we went through a very complete inspection of the trailer where Jay provided good instructions for every aspect of the trailer. The trailer came with many thoughtful cooking supplies so really all you needed to provide was ice, food, and bedding and you are ready to camp. Had a great experience! We camped by Mt. Hood and were able to find a spot right on the Hood River! The Little Guy was easy to tow and maneuver into our camp spot. The teardrop was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies so we didn't need to worry about packing the little things. I sleep with a CPAP and was able to plug right into the outlet inside the teardrop. I also enjoyed the extra headroom and found the interior to be pretty spacious.
