My daughter was at this daycare for a little over a year, from 12 weeks old to 14 months, and in my…read moreexperience it was very disappointing. There was a lot of staff turnover during that time, and I personally felt that the constant changes and lack of stability weren't supporting her development. At one point, we were even asked to keep our children home one day because they were so short-staffed, and we were not offered any reimbursement if we kept them home. This added to my overall concerns about this center. She remained in the infant room the entire time, and by 14 months she still wasn't feeding herself or walking. Based on what I was observing, I became worried that the environment might be contributing to her delays, and we ultimately started feeding and physical therapy because of those concerns. Since moving her to an in-home daycare, I've noticed a dramatic difference. She has really blossomed; she has learned to feed herself and is now so close to walking. She comes home happy and laughing, whereas before she often came home upset and crying. Looking back, my only regret is not making the decision to remove her from this environment sooner.

I can not say enough about this school! My little one started there when he was 2 years old. He was…read morein Ms. Kristine's class and loved her. He ended up having very severe asthma and needed treatments multiple times a day. Unfortunately it was not possible for me to quit my job and stay with him. The owners, Hollie and Jason (who, in my opinion, always seem to go above and beyond to make the children and families feel comfortable), had every teacher in the ENTIRE school learn about his type of atypical asthma and how to properly administer his medication throughout the day. They never acted like my daily call to check in on him was a problem or an inconvenience. My boys are now 8 and attend camp at primrose for the last year (they're ready for a big kid camp next year). They have a great time. The teachers are fun and treat them well (my children love their main teacher Ms. Tori). I never worry about my boys when they are there. I know they are being very well cared for. How huge is that for a parent?! Ms. Kristine is now the Parent Relations Director and you couldn't ask for a better person to interact with the parents. She is funny, friendly, competent and knows your child and his/her own unique personality. People have told me that they did not take their children to Primrose because they thought it was too expensive. It does cost a little more than other daycares in the area but it is much more than a daycare. It IS worth every dime you spend. As I read through my gushing review just now I want to make it clear that I have no affliation to Primrose or the employees there other than my children attend the school. Another words, Im not getting compensated in any way to leave this 5 star review. ;) I'm just a parent that wanted to leave an honest recommendation because I know how hard it is to find a reputable place to take care of your children when you can't. I highly recommend it... obviously. ;)

There is no way I could sit and right all the good things about this daycare! There's just too…read moremany! My daughter has attended Centerville Safe Care for going on two years. Before CSC, she attended a larger, chain daycare. I work and go to school full-time, so my daughter is no stranger to long days spent with the daycare staff and other children! However, since she's been attending this daycare I don't worry about her being there too long, or being unhappy while she's there. This daycare is absolutely my daughter's second home. She loves the other kids, but most importantly, she loves the staff. Miss Bonnie, the director of Centerville Safe Care, treats these children as her own. She's interested in their lives, their hobbies, ambitions, pets, everything! These children aren't just her job, she genuinely enjoys every one of those kids, and they all know it. They all feel special there. My 9 year old will spend an hour at CSC before they drive her to her elementary school at 8AM, and she will be picked up from her school by them to spend her afternoon, until I get off work or school, as well. When the city schools are closed for a holiday like President's Day, the daycare is open. If the schools have a snow day, the day care is open. Even if I have the day off and my daughter doesn't have school, she still wants to go to daycare! There's so much for them to do. They constantly have fun experiments to do, or a field trip to go on, or games to play. The tagline for this daycare says, "Centerville Safe Care- Where childhood is a journey, not a race." Nothing could be more true. Your son or daughter will not just be a face in the crowd here. They will be loved and embraced for who they are. This daycare is such an integral part of my daughter's day-to-day life, I could not be more thankful that they have taken that opportunity to be such a positive and fulfilling experience for her. She and I will both cherish the memories, friends and mentors she has made her for the rest of her life. I have no doubt you and your child's experience will be any different.

My kids look forward every day they get to go to the center. I feel safe with my kids at Centerville Safe Care, which is important to me. There summer program is wonderful, my kids come home every day so happy and can't stop talking about what they did or Are going to do that week. They have the best prices around which is a extra bonus, but I would pay mor just to keep my kids with Ms. Bonnie.
