She is the best!!! She must of showed us 60 homes and she previewed countless others. Very patient with us buying a new home. She saved us a lot of money. House listed at 725K and we paid 535K. Natalie graciously spent an entire day taking me on a very well-thought-out tour of homes and neighborhoods that fit my requirements, complete with a thick stack of printouts of the listings and a map that showed the location of all of the destinations (very helpful for keeping one's bearings in a new town). She was very attentive to my preferences and adjusted our itinerary on the fly as she learned more about what I liked or disliked in a home; I never had to tell her twice, and she never wasted time showing me a home that didn't fit my parameters. It became very clear to me that she knows this market and her business inside and out. In addition to her professionalism, she is also very personable and friendly, which is pretty important when you're spending hour upon hour driving around in a car and viewing homes with someone! I ended up choosing a different location for the move, but if I had chosen Boise I would have been very confident in choosing Natalie as my realtor, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the area.
