It's a great way to tour the area as a first-timer, but the price tag (around AU $35 per adult) seems a bit steep to do it more than once. It appears to be a great attraction for children.

My cousin got us tickets that included lunch - & the 360 views of the Gold Coast are just breathtaking. You can read a bit of history abt the coast and walk around and look through telescopes to see up close the oceanic views. It's amazing - definitely would come back to see it again. The food was pretty - good in taste but pretty standard and nothing to write home about.
