Nelson was great! My neighbor always got his cars tinted by him and I was in need of tinting my new-to-me minivan... Nelson's workmanship was not only superb (no burned pillars or weird defects like some other places), he was very straight forward, provided a really, really good price, and was able to do it in 3 hours the following day. Took my car in the other day. I got a great price for a great job. So far no bubbles no imperfections that I can see. Gray tint looks awesome on my 2012 Camry SE. I asked what the most popular tint is and he recommended the 15/20. I have black interior so it appears a little darker than I initially wanted but he said he has no complaints about it. So I guess we'll see. 2/12/13 Update: Bubbles are gone and it looks very good. I think if I had known more ahead of time I would have done 20/20 all around. But I can't complain it does look slick. So some info - Tint is ASWF Legend. Comparable to Nano-Ceramic tints. Looks very nice and view from inside out is clear. Doesn't diminish sight. But at night the 15 in the back does make it difficult to see if there aren't any street lights. So careful when paralleling or backing up. Price was perfect and the guy is quick. I'd recommend to friends. read more

All of our vehicles have been tinted here. They stand behind their work and product by offering a lifetime warranty. They work quickly and do a great job. They don't use cheap tint either so you don't have to worry it will later look purple or begin to crumble in the heat. I went recently to have 5 windows on my Honda Accord done and think I paid somewhere around $150 (take or give $10). Will continue to come here for all our tinting needs. read more

I had Nelson do my 2005 Prius for a fair price. He did quality work and provided lifetime warranty on tint from cracking, peeling, and fading. The fading part wasn't on the contract but he said his tint is quality and won't fade so ill check back in a year to see if its still good. He said if there's bubbles that's typical to bring it back in a few days...even at other places I've seen bubbles in others work like fresh tint...so I know this is common and just needs him to use his tool to get them out. I would highly recommend his work since what he did for me looks professional just make sure you follow his intructions for next few days and let the film completely dry. read more

I don't get this guy his business says home tinting I just called him and ask him if he can come to my home to tint my windows on my RV but he tells me he don't come to the house so if I needed my home windows done do I have to take my windows out and bring to him what a joke you are don't need your business read more

I went here to get my windows tinted last year 2012 and my tint started to turning purple. I went back and talked to the owner Nelson and he told me that its just the tint fading. I have tinted all of my cars and this has never happened to any of my cars. He told me that its not covered on the so called LIFETIME WARRANTY. I will never take any of my cars back to him and never recommend this shop to any of my family and friends. They give you swap-meet quality tint and customer service. read more

Response to Business Manager:…read more I'd like to clarify the "critical details" you mentioned were left out, because everything in my review is documented with receipts, phone recordings (with disclosure), and written correspondence. I was never given a full price breakdown or final total before or after my tint service. All the breakdown's the girls told me over the phone were all estimates as I was not sure if I wanted to get ceramic or not. I was never asked to authorize the $728 and $156 charges to my card -- the only payment I consented to was a $50 deposit. It took eight days and repeated requests before I received an invoice, which metadata confirms was created on October 7, not September 29. Upon picking up my car the same day, I expressed to Jorge (the owner) that I was ready to pay and he said "Oh it looks like the girls already charged you before they left". The claim that I was "extremely happy and posted photos of my tinted vehicle" is misleading. I posted an Instagram Story at the owner Jorge's request, as part of a discount agreement where he offered to tint my panorama sunroof in exchange for a promotional post. Once the billing issues and unprofessional treatment began, I withdrew that promotion so no one else would experience the same situation. I never not once said I am going to "leave bad reviews everywhere", as said I have the entire phone conversation recorded where I simply requested a refund for the unauthorized charges or I will have to go through with disputing it through my bank. During that call, is when I was told, "Maybe I should be making a police report against you for trying to get money out of us," which was incredibly unprofessional. Additionally, the 4% credit card surcharge was never disclosed before payment, which violates California law on card surcharges. I was repeatedly given contradictory information by employees using different names, including "Melissa," who identified herself as the business manager, so it's unclear who actually manages this business. My review is accurate and supported by evidence. The purpose of sharing my experience is to ensure transparency for future customers.
