So my first impression was not good. I quickly moved beyond that and gave a tour of my home to help assess the value. She was constantly checking the time. Turns out she had another appointment following mine (that explains the impatient knocking). Throughout the visit she was a suck up. Saying things like you're so nice, I'd like to be your friend. During this time she said I should probably easily get 150k for the house. A week later she texted me a much lower price. I told her I would not list if that was the best I could get and thanked her for her time. She called me yelling she had spent two hours on the comps and insisted I needed to see the paperwork. I told her I trusted her and did not need to see her papers. Then she says "you are not a nice person" . I hung up.

Sold my property after a few problems with offers and paperwork…read more initial possible selling price quoted by Realtor was way too low, we insisted that the property should be listed higher and we ended up getting a higher price than listed. Realtor was not proactive and certainly not grateful for the Commission. We would not recommend them.

Just make sure she has your purchase of your new home finalized and closed completely prior to your sale! After signing 3 sales contracts drafted by Andrea (all which were constantly being modified to "get the correct info on them, and wait months for an abstract" ...buying time I'd guess) The purchase of this new parcel of land to build our new home on (which her and her husband Dan Brown owned) the sale of this piece of property we were purchasing from the Brown's was canceled 2 days AFTER Andrea closed on selling our original home! Left a family of 5 homeless!! Don't let your trust build up too high with either him or her!! I'm sure this review will be deleted and or replied to with a misleading or falsifying statement, but if anyone would like backup documentation of sale contracts, email, text message conversations I'd gladly provide them!!
