Matt Augustyniak is little more than a thief and provides horrible brokerage services. He charged unfairly and arbitrarily for services he did not perform in my case and billed and retained over $1300 of my money to which he was not entitled. His staff Tiffany and Jessica are forced to make these horrible business ethic violations under fear that they will lose their jobs. I sincerely believe that his business practises should be under investigation. He behaves like a criminal and extorts money from his agents and clients alike. My only advice is that if you encounter him in business or his staff...run the other way, otherwise their stink may linger upon you and even a good scrubbing may not be enough to rid yourself of the encounter. What a horrible group of people and I really hope that the more of you who speak out about their business practises, that perhaps they may change their ways or go out of business. either would be a blessing.
