I had never felt so nervous when I had to be in a situation where a dear friend of mine got arrested. Rich is definitely the man!!! I get a call from a family member that who had gotten locked up for a charge he was unaware of and had no info as to if he had a bond or anything related to why he had a warrant out for. At the time I was at my auto insurance office and asked if anyone knew a good bail bondsman and was given Rich's number. Once I called, he answered quickly, I hardly had any info as to the charge or reason for arrest for my family member, but with limited info all he said to me, " don't worry I'm heading straight to the jail and if he has a bond I will just get him out and we can figure the rest from there" which was surprising to me cause I was expecting to have to do paperwork, run to the bank among other things that would consume more time which meant that my family member would be in there longer. Next call I got was that he had bail and was gonna get him out. Rich understands that getting locked up can be stressful for both parties and makes an extra effort to put your mind at ease and moves quick to be a part of the solution and not a part of the problem, which in turn makes everything an easy process. He didn't even worry about anything else but to get him out quickly. I have never had to use a bail bonds service (nor knew anything about it) till a family member was arrested. I was freaking out and had no clue what to do or how the process works. I was embarrassed and concerned and I can't begin to express how glad I was that I used this company. Before I tried Exit, I did call a few other bondman's companies and talking to those agents I did not get the sense of compassion or helpfulness I received at Exit. They seemed indifferent and callous to helping and explaining to me what was needed and how the process worked. I called exit around 5am and spoke to a gentleman named Rich, he went out of his way to carefully explain the process, worked with the jail to get the information needed to bond my family member out, and had my family member out of jail later on the same day. They took a very traumatic event for my family and helped to make it less scary.
