* After the initial design process, we signed a final contract with Visualized on February 27, 2026. Work on our project site began in early March 2026 and all our material selections were made very early in the process.
* By March 19, 2026, we had paid 90% of the contract price.
* On April 16, 2026, after returning home from being out of town, we discovered that Visualized had installed 90%+ of the patio, with pavers that we did not select. We were never consulted about the change and of course had not approved of the change.
* 83 days later, on July 8, 2026, Visualized workers finally removed and relocated the wrongfully installed pavers from the back yard to the curb in our front yard, where they remained for another month. The pavers we selected were never installed.
* No work was performed on our project between April 16, 2026, and July 19, 2026.
* Several times during our project we asked Visualized for copies of any permit(s) that were required for our project. Visualized never responded to those inquiries. We know now that Visualized never applied for or obtained permits that were required for our project, even though Nevada state law says a licensed contractor shall obtain required permits.
* Two separate Notices to Cure were issued to Visualized to complete the project.
* As of October 19, 2026, at 5:31pm, the project remains unpermitted and unfinished, and Visualized's construction debris also remains on the property.
