At this point, I have no idea what happened to my clothing, whether any items were sold, or whether I am owed any money. Being left without answers for this long is unacceptable and has left me feeling that my belongings were mishandled and effectively lost. It genuinely hurts to leave such a negative review for a small, locally owned business, and I would have much preferred to resolve this privately. However, the lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism throughout this experience has been deeply disappointing. I would caution anyone considering consigning valuable clothing here to think carefully before doing so.
