If you are lucky enough to find an available date to book your wedding at the Granite Rose, BOOK IT…read moreIMMEDIATELY! I cannot say enough amazing things about this team and venue. It was recently renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone assumed that we'd be getting married in a barn when we said we'd picked a venue in NH, but it is modern, chic and needs very little in terms of decorations. They have all inclusive packages that take the stress off your plate because you don't have to worry about all the little details or coordinating all of your vendors (especially important if you're out of state). They have set planning meetings throughout your pre-wedding timeline and it's awesome because you stay on track and organized. Megan - She's amazing! She walked through all the details in our check in calls. Kept us on track and when we were getting close to the wedding we had barely any to-do's left. I was able to get everything done with her help and she was so sweet and kind throughout the entire process. It was an absolute pleasure working with her!! I could tell she truly cared about us as a couple and our wedding day - this is NOT just a job for her. That meant so much. Victoria - amazing energy to have around you on your special day. We loved having her as part of our wedding day and she was there to help in any way, including fluffing my train before walking down the aisle :) Carly - What can I say - Carly NAILED IT! She was fantastic during the planning process, rehearsal and wedding day. She thought of every detail (ones that never crossed my mind) and made the most important day of our lives go off without a hitch! It was so important for us to make sure we got all the pictures done and stayed on a timeline. She went above and beyond with details to make sure that we didn't have to worry about anything. I can honestly say that I was able to relax and enjoy our wedding because of Carly. Janet - what an absolute class act. She literally did everything we needed on the wedding day. Every single thing we could think of, she took care of. To make sure we ate our meal and had some time at the sweet heart table, Janet and Carly personally brought out of dinner plates, put our napkins on our laps and brought us cocktails so we could relax and enjoy! Cairo - she was our Bartender and was fantastic! Beautiful smile and great energy! This day was perfect. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Granite Rose. They thought of everything, they managed the timeline, kept us on track and also did it all with a smile on their faces. I honestly have so much love for this team. We were able to relax and enjoy our wedding, which isn't something that I hear many people say.

My guests raved about EVERYTHING- between the renovated, updated space, the outdoor deck, the food, and the cake. Our dinner consisted of the braised beef short ribs and the panko Parmesan chicken and it was to die for! The late night Mac & cheese bar was also a nice touch. Whenever I had ANY questions (no matter how trivial or small), they were also answered quickly in a professional manner. They were able to take my visions and ideas and bring it to life on my big day. I cannot thank Karlee, Meaghan, and Janet enough. They were SO helpful throughout planning and on my big day. Even they day of the wedding, Janet and Meaghan were always checking on us to see if we needed anything. I cannot say enough good things about this venue.

We had a small wedding of 46 guests total, and PCC made us feel very welcome and special. Ariel was fantastic in coordinating the day and answering my MANY questions before the wedding and the day of, to make me feel completely confident and comfortable. Luckily, since it was a Friday wedding, we were able to set up most of the decorations ourselves the day before and the staff did a great job of finishing up the setup the day of. I was very pleased with the staff packing up the entire venue at the end of the night and even packing it for us into my parent's vehicle! The venue has beyond amazing photo opportunities with the tree-lined road coming in and the hills and greenery in the back. We did our first look at the adorable stone potting shed out front. The food was delicious and had guests raving about it. We felt confident in the food having gone to PCC's wedding tasting event a few months before. We loved our wedding at the Portsmouth Country Club!
