Walking through the main entrance at Christmas time, the archway is clad is gorgeous purple flowers that is regal. Even in the rainy winter days of Hamburg winter, this is a bright spot. We only stopped in for the gluhwein but the offerings here stand out. Hot buttered rum - 10 out of 10! The "gluhwein " here is a Bavarian version and again - they knocked it out of the park. The garden area is intimate and dressed for Christmas and a quite little escape from all the Christmas markets and shopping around this incredible city.
