I sat there for hours--yes, HOURS--while people who arrived after me were somehow seen first. No explanation, no updates, nothing. The nurses acted like I was an inconvenience just for needing help. Eye-rolling, attitude, and zero empathy. One staff member actually spoke to me like I was wasting their time, which is insane considering this is an emergency hospital. On top of that, the place didn't even feel clean. For a medical facility, that's honestly unacceptable. It made an already stressful situation even worse. If you have any other option, go somewhere else. When I arrived he walked me through the process so I would be comfortable and know what to expect from the appointment. He completed a scan on my first visit as well as did an adjustment. He also used a machine on my upper back and neck which really helped release some of the tension I was feeling. The following day Dr. Woods was able to meet with me to discuss the results of the scan and make his recommendations. During this session, his wife was working the front desk and was also kind, knowledgeable and helpful!
