It all started out so great and we were excited to have private offices. The staff were friendly and accommodating with our specific business needs upon signing the contract. Unfortunately, the amazing support "let us help you out business service" did not last long. We gained access to our offices one day late due to staff cleaning our offices out from the previous tenants (we thought no big deal at the time), it took 2 days getting instructions/passwords to set up to the included internet service (that is slow, about 4/5 times faster than the old dial-up speed), 3 more days to get some support hooking up to the network printer, 59 days and counting to get our last call center phone hooked up (that we ordered installed that still does not work) and on top of it all, we have been completely locked out of our offices and parking spaces (5-days) out of 59 days into our contract without any word on compensation or an extension of our term at the end of our contract. We have paid all our required rental, taxes and office cleaning fees to date. Management appear to hide behind their hard working desk personnel that do not have permission or a basic budget to satisfy commitments to members.
We are currently still tenants of Executive Workspace yet we feel like it is important to let others know what it may be like to sign on with a co-work business with a contract.
If you plan to spend $4000+ per month to allow your workers some privacy, it may be important to read reviews, something we neglected doing before signing on (not realizing there were already several unsatisfied customers whom gave a 1-star review). We do not know how this will all work out especially now that we are making it official (with this online review), we are unhappy with the steps that are being taken to provide us what was promised but hope the details of our experience will help others make a good choice of co-working spaces in Austin. read more
