i reached out to a recruiter on LinkedIn after seeing the position list he posted there. the recruiter was very professional and scheduled phone calls with me to explain the recruiting process and review my expectations and needs. recruiter then suggested positions based on my background and interest and wrote an executive summary for their client to review. upon submission of my summary, ESS landed an interview for me within a few days. Recruiter also answered my questions very patiently although they may not even be directly related to the job they were trying to fill me. before the interview, recruiter for interview with me and sends me very helpful materials for later reference. recruiter also follow up with you and for you after the interview. and within 48 hours, i'm confirmed for the 2nd (final?) interview. i think the next steps depends on my interview performance, but so far the experience has been great! highly recommend reaching out to them to explore opportunities!!! read more
