I found parking at the post office. Once you cross the street you would climb the back metal stairs to this space located on the second floor. Filled out a credit card authorization form and signed acknowledging that only a 50% deposit would be taken. The company instead charged the full amount without my permission which is illegal. When I called, I was told this was a mistake however that is irrelevant as it is illegal to charge any persons credit card without authorization for the authorized amount from a signatory perspective. The company was very combative and told me that I would've had to have paid the full amount anyhow before the install date. This was irrelevant because per our agreement the remaining 50% payment wasn't due until the day of the event which was December 9th. They did nothing at all to try and remedy the situation and was very rude about it. Customer service experience was horrendous. 2. Tent Setup - The tent was unable to be set up based on the size layout. Because of this, their team spent at most an hour visually evaluating how to set up the tent before notifying us they were leaving and couldn't set up the tent. Any time past an hour if they stayed onsite was not due to them working or figuring out how to make the tent work. Glen's Tent Rental employees sat in their truck doors closed before leaving. Surveillance cameras at the venue also support what I have stated. I was told by their employees to call for a refund on Monday which I did. 3. Refund - When I called, I was told they would only refund 50% because they stayed on site 3 hours which is a complete lie. As stated above, at most an hour. The product/service we paid for wasn't set up, therefore, their course of action was unprofessional and unwarranted in not issuing a proper refund. Additionally, no paperwork was provided warranting their decision. Stay away from them and choose a more reputable business.

I was traveling to Florida for work from California. Called Patas looking for some fresh stone…read morecrab claws. A gentleman by the name of Claud picked up and was a true professional. I had intended to drive about over an hr to pick up, but Claud assured me that delivering was their forte. "This is what we do," he said. He patiently walked me thru the order, even though I was on a tight time constraint. I had the mission impossible theme song playing in my head, with Claud coordinating everything. Delivery was precise and the drop off was seamless. Shout out to Tomas for going above and beyond in meeting us. I took the crab claws as a carry-on, and I checked my luggage at the airport. I can go with losing all my gear but these babies aren't leaving my side come hell or high water. I made it back to California with them and my family the the meal of a lifetime. They had four great in-house sauces to choose from, so it was recommended that I try them all. It was a nice touch to include utensils and branded wooden mallets. It was fresh and delicious. The purpose of my visit here was to fix my Pioneer CDJ-1000MK2, which The UPS company damaged. "What can brown do for you?... They can break that S#&^!" ...not happy with UPS. When I walked in this place, I thought I was the first costumer because the place looks brand brand new and everything merchandise is new new. I was shocked and as a DJ Ithought I was in MY Toy's R Us. I approach the counter and Mike was a huge and helpful employee and answered every question without a pause. Truthful and detailed information. 3 weeks later I haven't received a call and I called them to check on my repair. They said it was ready and apologized for not calling me that it was ready...
