Long review, so bear with me. First, the quality of the food is very good. Everything I have ordered (or have heard from others) has been very good. They cannot be faulted for food quality. Second, the ambience of the place. It's not bad if you expect a cafeteria. If you're expecting fine dining, go someplace else. Seating is overcrowded (although I've never seen them busy) and décor is lacking. Third, is service. Again, not bad if you expect a cafeteria. You put your order in at a counter, pay first (including tip), and then sit and wait for your food. Table service ends with someone bringing your food. Customer service is non-existent. The real problem with the place is that it pretends to be a fine dining experience, but they have no service and serve all of their food in STYROFOAM! No plates, no silverware, just Styrofoam "to-go" boxes, flimsy plastic forks, paper napkins. Hey, I understand if an order is "to-go", but to feed your "dine-in" patrons from disposable dishes is a little too "fast food" for me. A friend and her family spent over $70 to eat off of Styrofoam with plastic forks. Unacceptable and they won't be back. Condiments (ketchup not withstanding) are nearly non-existent; no tartar sauce, honey mustard, etc. And, if you order a soft drink, it comes to you in a bottle, not a glass, no ice. If you're going to run a restaurant that serves food this way, don't pretend that you're running a fine dining establishment. If you really want to draw in customers with your great food, don't disappoint them by making them eat in a cafeteria setting. read more
