I just so happened to have "the lesbian" and she did a wonderful job with my son. She made him feel special and had a wonderful conversation about video games and super heros and was hands down the most caring person who has cut his hair. I asked her if her and her husband had kids (because she had a mom mentality) and her simple and sweet response was that her and her PARTNER were hoping for kids one day. She did not go into details and was not inappropriate and I really hope this business lifts her up and gives her a pat on the back that she has to still deal with small minded people that want to trash a business because of her sexual orientation. I asked if we could do a second trial (at my expense and I had already paid ~$300 for my first trial) they said no and canceled 10 weeks before my wedding. Wouldn't recommend using them for H&M wedding. As they are apparently very unreliable. Now I'm weeks away and left without anyone to do hair and makeup on my wedding.
