The estimator at Cookie's Body Shop did a great job and worked with the insurance company that was paying for the repairs, I didn't have to do anything. They also got my car in faster than everyone else around Indianapolis that I had called. The repairs were done in the time that they originally estimated it would take, I was so happy to get my car back on time. The employees that answer the phone are very kind and responsive and communicate very well. When I picked my car up when it was done, it looked perfect, I couldn't tell it had ever damaged. They even washed the vehicle and I was very thankful for such a great job that they did, it looked like new again and even smelled nice on the inside. Plus the radio station they left it on is awesome, I've been rocking it ever since! If you are in an accident or just need a little body work done, make the folks at Cookie's Body Shop in Acton, IN your first and only call.

Stumbled upon this company thanks to Instagram in spring (I believe) of 2025, and I checked it out. Fast forward to November 2025 and I finally decided to pull the trigger. I went in on a Thursday, and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I wanted to get the taillights, 3rd brake light, and rear reflectors smoked out. I was quoted about 2-2.5 hr turnaround. I dropped the car at 2:00, and I pulled away before 4:00. Randy was fast and knocked it out ahead of the quoted time. He really knows his stuff! I couldn't be happier, and will certainly go back for some other customization in the future.
