We had Jordan come out and spend 45 minutes reviewing the property, the process and how it is different from pressure washing. I had a number of questions and contacted the owner, Chris, who literally spent close to an hour on the phone with me describing the process and when my roof tiles would be walkable afterward. He was patient and knowledgeable. We had an emergency situation with leaking during the winter and had to have roof washing done back to back with skylight installation, so we were unable to use No Moss.
