A full-service meeting and event planning production firm as well as a special event insurance provider. Established in 2013 by a retired Marine uniquely suited for the event planning industry because tenacity, attention to detail and understanding cost effectiveness is paramount! The firm works closely with its clients to determine purpose, scope, time, and location of events. It provides event project management for concept development, financial oversight, identify risks, site selection, venue/vendor contract negotiation, registration, lead generation, on-site control and marketing support for meetings and events that vary in size and scope.
Meet the Business Owner: Natalie P.
President, Chief Meeting and Event Planning Engineer, retired Marine and native Houstonian. She is tenacious, dynamic, highly detailed oriented and imaginative with the skill-set being everything logistics. She believes in providing great customer service and giving the client peace of mind.
Her background includes over twenty-five years of general logistics and event planning experience. She's worked in diverse business sectors, e.g. faith-based, historic, independent living, mediation/counseling, travel logistics, industrial/retail sales and literary arts.
Holds a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management with emphasis on event planning from the University of Houston (UH), Conrad Hilton College.
