It's one of those farmed out physical therapy places that you get because they're cheaper and insurances will only allow you to go here, but don't be scared away by that. Here they're human. They take the time to care. Paul always listens and cheers me on. He really wants to see his clients get better.

Right away they identified the problem, and bot only built a program for me but explained the goal of each piece and taught me how to add it into my day/workouts outside of with them so I would experience lasting results. I was worried physical therapy would be for me because I worked out on my own and surely I could fix it myself. Man was I wrong I enjoyed going and getting a great workout every week with them. In order to keep me working hard and ensure I was strengthening my leg they modified my workout to include blood flow restriction on my legs so I could get the workout that would normally take me pretty heavy weights and a long time to get. I would highly suggest this place everyone but especially to people who already are active but need just a bit of extra help to get back to where they want to be.
