I can't even properly explain how grateful we are for Kristen Simmons and her expertise. We were military buyers, using a VA loan, on a time crunch and having to house hunt in TX from VA. Kristen scheduled FaceTime appointments with us to walk us through the process and had honest conversations with us about the current market in San Antonio for VA buyers. She helped us make an educated decision to make an offer on new construction in a desirable area knowing that rental potential was on our "must have" list. Those first few weeks after going under contract, Kristen was at the builders office showing us cabinets and floors, measuring spaces for us and sending details of the home we couldn't access from another state. Every few weeks, Kristen would go out to the property to FaceTime us during her walk through. Christopher Flores is extremely patient, knowledgable, honest, trust worthy, and consistent. Our journey started so much more earlier than we thought it would've been or planned it to be. If you seek a skilled negotiator, I strongly advise against using her services. "Kris" personally breached her agreement with me by disclosing confidential client information to unauthorized parties. While her team provided excellent support during my home sale, "Kris" was unable to answer basic questions about the process. Fortunately, her team managed to keep things on track.
