She truly made the test feel much less stressful. The owner, Steve, was also great--very personable, welcoming, and easy to talk to. You can genuinely tell that he and the rest of the staff really care about their job and about helping you succeed. Overall, everyone made me feel comfortable and supported. 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

By the time we found the building it was about 12:10. We waiting in the front lot because when my daughter got a call back after she signed up for the test, she was just told to wait in the parking lot. We waited for a few minutes and no one came out. My daughter went up to the door at the front of the building and it said if you are here for a drivers test go around the back. That was few minutes that were wasted just waiting in the lot. So we go around to the back and we see the gentleman there. At this point it may have been around 12:15 PM. We pull up near where he was and he immediately told us to move the car that he was working. We didn't know who this guy was at this point. We waited for 45 minutes and saw that no one was coming out to greet us or even speak to us, so I decided to see if there was anyone in the building after I called them four or five times with no answer. When I go in there was a lady in the office that said since we are past 10 minutes late that we can no longer take the test. I explained to her that we were waiting and then someone just brushed us off and had us move the car and no one ever came back to talk to us And she just put her hands up and said well you have to talk to the owner. Finally the following day the owner calls me back and basically tells me his policy is if that were over 10 minutes late that it's not his problem and he doesn't do testing after that and basically we lost the money. I explained to him that we were there, but we didn't know where to go. We were in the parking lot and if I had an hour and we were 15 minutes late, why couldn't we use that remaining 45 minutes. He started going on about what his policy is and I tried to explain to him that It wasn't our fault. there were no signs on the building. We didn't know where to go and we were never explained this. He didn't seem to care and when I told him I was going to call the Better Business Bureau, He told me to go ahead and call them. This is not how professionalism works, so he took my $80 and scammed us and wouldn't even try to help us out. Complete thief. Enjoy my money you crooks!

My daughter signed up for a class to be held after school at the high school, she had all of her driving times already scheduled around other activities. The owner fired his teacher 1/2 way through class, then canceled all of the already scheduled drive times. He then told us the rest of the class and the drive times needed to be completed at his Waterford location. (A location inconvenient to us and our family's schedule ) I notified him that we are unable to get to the second location and the times that he was offering for driving were ridiculous - 10:00 at night and even times during school hours! When I tried to communicate that with him, he was rude and unwilling to schedule times that would work for my family. After I requested a refund, because she would be unable to complete the class at the location and time we originally signed up for- He then began calling and harassing my 15-year-old daughter While SHE WAS IN SCHOOL , going behind my back trying to arrange times with her and complaining to her that I requested a refund!! This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with! Spend the few extra dollars and go to one of their competitors.
