The Trinity Exam Hall gives me the heebie jeebies.
This is the place where I began and ended my days as a Trinity College student. I came here to register and have my photo taken as a scared young fresher, and stood on the stage here four years later to accept my degree at graduation.
I sat many exams here, hence the shuddery memories, but it was also the place where I bought books at the brilliant annual book fair, and listened to some very talented musicians when the room was transformed into a concert hall.
The building itself is really beautiful, with flagstone steps leading up to a gated entrance from the cobblestoned Front Square. read more
