I just wanted to leave a good review for these guys to balance their 'score' a bit, since "Bob D" left a 1-star review and strongly disagree with the idea of them losing business due to some butthurt nerd on the internet... (Hey "Bob D"; maybe they didn't want to stop and chat because they're paid to fix bikes, not chat about bikes for 4 hours!!)
I've had my bike repaired here a few times, and the staff are always very helpful. They said my bike repair would cost £80, which I was happy to pay (the bike was a wreck lol) but then in the end it only cost me like £50 (and the parts they used were of a reasonable quality). They didn't use expensive 'brand' parts either, which was nice because I hate the whole concept of buying branded stuff anyway (like seriuously, people buy shoes that cost £2.75 for the materials, but they're happy to buy that same pair of trainers for £150 just 'cos it says ADDIDAS on it and has 3 stripes...)
Anyway, I'm rambling now so I'll wrap this up;
Don't take my word for it, or Bob's word; just try them out and see how you find the experience, or don't... doesn't really make any difference to me :D read more
