Gordon listed and sold my house in 11 days. Since I live on the west side of the Cascades, making changes, doing repairs, garbage runs, etc., became a big problem. Gordon and his wife took care of hiring Tim at CWPR to screw down the roof, hang a ceiling fan, rebuild a door frame, clean the cabin, wash windows and walls, steam the rugs and turn my yard into a park. He kept me informed and dealt with so many small problems. The website was accurate and the pictures where beautiful. The day after the inspection, we sprang a leak in the main line from the pump to the house. It required finding the leak, cutting through the asphalt, digging to find it, repairing and closing the hole. Every time I had a problem Gordon had a solution. His approach is both very professional and personal at the same time. To say good bye to the much loved cabin, our family of 25, had a photographer take pictures to commemorate and say good bye to "Lamb's Cove". Suncadia is a great little resort…read more Suncadia is great for families, couples, girls getaways. You can rent a house. You can stay in the lodge in a hotel room all the way up to a three bedroom. There are condos and an inn. There are great restaurants, fun activities including parks for kids, gold courses, and my personal favorite is the spa. You can sip bubbly in the outdoor hot tubs while your kids are checked into the childcare. Best ever!!!! It's only a 1.5-2 hour drive from Seattle and during winter season you can drive to the slopes or ice skate. In the summer you can bike around. In the fall there are fun fall activities.
